L W Reedy Real Estate

Kevin is an awesome real estate agent! We didn't know much about the Elmhurst area except that it was central to our needs. Kevin made things easy. He is great to work with, very knowledgeable and isn't afraid to give his opinion even if it differs from yours. He found us an amazing home and has a great network of local business owners that have helped us get going in our new community.

From contract signing to closing, Kevin was instrumental in obtaining this asset. He has in-depth insight into the market that makes me question the expertise of other realtors. Kevin knows how to close a deal!

Kevin helped us secure a short-term rental while our house was under construction. He was so help and knowledgeable about the area. He quickly responded to every call/ question we had. Super friendly, kind, and very easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

My experience was great with Kevin! Hes very attentive and helpful. Great personality. He would be quick at setting up showings and would work with times and your schedules. Would totally recommend him!

Kevin was great to work with. Always available and willing to help at a moments notice. Very responsive to questions/concerns and other needs we had as part of the process. Would recommend you connect with him if you're considering a move.
