KY Realty Co.

Working with Holly was great. She helped us through our first time home purchase to buy the home we always wanted. She worked extremely hard to answer all of questions from the first time meeting to even after the closing.

Holly exceeded expectations! She went above and beyond and ensured our home sold quickly (we got multiple offers after our first showing!). She is very knowledgeable about how to optimally list homes to sell quickly and at the best price. She is also very friendly, personable, and professional. My family and I could not have asked for a better experience for selling our first home. We give her the highest recommendation!

Holly is the best realtor in Kentucky! She will bend over backwards to make sure you get what you want. She represents strength through a quiet yet confident demeanor. Ultimately, it is clear that she is more worried about you and your family than herself. She is indeed a dealmaker when you want her to be but not pushly just to make a sale. She is such a hard worker that she secured our contract/sale at 1 AM. She stands behind you from the moment she meets you until after the sale! We would definitely have her represent us again if we ever decide to sell but she found us the perfect farm and I don't think we will ever want to move. We consider her a true friend.

Holly is by far the best of the best! Her work ethic is unsurpassed by any other agent and she will always go above and beyond for her clients. She is well versed and has a quiet confidence about her that makes her well equipped in negotiations. You will not regret choosing Holly Spradlin!

Great agent who does very thorough work. She went above and beyond to find information prevalent to the property I was interested in. I would highly recommend Holly for your RE needs.
