Summer helped us find a house and move in by Christmas, then list ours and have it sold by mid-March. I had my reservations but she prove me wrong, so glad she was our realtor, professional, always available for showings or just questions. Great with advice during the negotiations and could tell she was working for us. Thanks again Summer, your a #1 Realtor!!!

Summer was amazing! We met her and within 2 days she found us our dream home! Very much responsive and will get you into seeing a house very quickly and knows the market very well.

Summer is an awesome agent. I'd recommend her to any1. She always was very helpful to any questions and concerns we had, and always in time meeting and answered her phone. She was very polite and nice as well.

I had a great experience working with Summer. She worked around my schedule which was usually nights or weekends. I really appreciated her flexibility and quick responses to homes I wanted to take a look at.

We first contacted Summer as a listing agent for a house we were interested in and her response time on a Sunday evening was incredible! When we located the listing for the home we purchased we knew that we had to act quickly. As always, Summer sensed our urgency and was able to show the home to us within a few hours. The timing was terrible but she worked with us to put together a competitive offer the evening before Thanksgiving. Her recommendations on what to include with our offer helped to get us our dream home in our dream location! Summer also helped us navigate a quick sell of the house we were living in at the time to avoid two mortgages. Buying and selling homes is a stressful process and having Summer available to navigate helped alleviate much of that stress. We cant thank her enough!
