I purchased my home just over a year ago with the help of Chad and Elena. I was a first time buyer with extremely high expectations, mid-pandemic, and Chad and Elena never gave up on finding me exactly what I wanted. I can honestly say they made me feel like their only priority. Touring homes was strategic, low pressure, educational and overall a fun experience. Chad took time to create a map of my ideal neighborhoods and then curated a list of possible homes, based on my (high) expectations and my limitations ($), daily! Chad and Elena are both very knowledgeable about the industry and can make recommendations about services like lenders, inspectors, contractors and so on. I felt well advised and strongly advocated for during the bidding and negotiation process. Top three reasons to work with Chad and Elena: 1. Experienced in buying/selling real estate and home ownership 2. Outstanding professional integrity 3. Organized and determined, these two work hard for you

Chad is a fantastic agent. He will always take the time to answer any and all questions you have and will even guide you to ones you didn't think to ask. He makes you feel like you are his most important client, and won't rush you through the process. I had the pleasure of both buying and selling a home with Chad and in both cases I was extremely satisfied.

My Wife and I had a great experience working with Chad and Elena. They really know the Ann Arbor area and other surrounding places. Chad and Elena were very responsive and they always went the extra mile whenever we needed urgent changes in our search or closing. Their excellent knowledge of home care and maintenance was very valuable to us as first time home buyers. We will certainly work with them again and we recommend them to anyone looking to work with great people who care about others!

We used Chad to buy and sell our home. Selecting a real estate agent that is going to make an investment in you was a priority. Chad didn't let us down. He spent hours answering any questions we had, while putting our mind at ease at what to expect. He gave tips on how to prepare our home for resale and we had a purchase agreement within 24 hours of listing. Now that is a win! Chad made the process easy and took the extra steps that other realtors wouldn't. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. I recommend Chad & Vivid Living Group to everyone I know. True professionals to work with.
