Working with Sally was an absolute pleasure. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through every aspect of the home-buying process, ensuring we considered all the important details before making a decision. Her insights and guidance helped us feel confident at every step, and she was always available to answer our questions with patience and expertise. Sally made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and thoughtful realtor!

Sally and Ty Price have been phenomenal at helping our family through a very difficult time. With the passing of our parents, our family needed experts that we could rely on, look out for our best interest and go the extra mile to make sure we were confident and comfortable with selling of my parents properties. They have been sensitive to the needs of our family and have been going to bat with city recorders and title companies. They're knowledgeable and detailed oriented. We appreciate their professionalism and patience. I highly recommend their services. I'm so glad they were highly recommended to us. We are very grateful to them.

From the very start Sally and her team were incredibly kind and understanding as I was navigating selling my mom's house. Sally is very warm and personable, and she held my hand through the entire process. She is easy to contact and communicate with, keeping me updated constantly with what was happening so I never was left wondering about the next step. Now that all is said and done and the house is sold, I couldn't be happier with the results, which far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend everyone I know who is either buying or selling to use The Kennedy Group.

Ty and Sally are true gems! Their commitment to finding the right fit for my sister, that's visually impaired, was evident through the entire process. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication. They were able to quickly sell her home so we could move her into her new home seamlessly. They took care of so much that I could focus on helping my sister's needs.
