We worked with Yvonne to sell our home in Fairfield. From the time we first met with Yvonne, we felt her experience and professionalism would lead to a successful sale. We had moved to our new residence prior to selling our home. Yvonne assured us that she would take care of everything at the house so we wouldn't need to travel back for anything. She was amazing! she took care of everything, including the removal of furniture. We couldn't have asked for a better experience selling our home of 30 years. We highly recommend Yvonne!

Hands down overall a great experience! We utilized Yvonne back in 2022 when we purchased this home & the experience was amazing so we decided to utilize her once again almost 3 years later to help us sell the same home. We value her expertise, professionalism and punctuality. Her eye for perfection is second to none. She led the way with simply everything we needed & made the process the least stressful for us. Once our home was prepared and hit the market we recieved offers almost immediately. Within 3 weeks our home was sold. Cant thank her enough and would definitely recommend Yvonne to anyone that is in the market of buying a home or selling your home.

If Yvonne is your realtor, youre in amazing hands! Shes truly passionate about what she does, and her expertise made all the difference for us. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal on our first home. We couldnt be more grateful. Thank you, Yvonne!

Yvonne is knowledgeable about the market and with her expert guidance we were not only able to buy our house but also able to sell it 7 years later. She made us feel so comfortable and made the process stress free! She is trust worthy and honest. She is our go to realtor if ever needed again. You won't go wrong with Yvonne! One of the best!

Yvonne helped us find our dream home and made the whole process easy! She gave us great ideas on upgrades, recommended fantastic contractors, and helped us realize our vision. There were so many extra touches from a bound notebook of listings where we could take notes to a gift basket of goodies after closing. Plus she found a home for the owners cat who had to be admitted to a nursing home. It was a genuine pleasure to work with her!
