Jerry has been a really great advisor. I just relocated from San Diego with wife and 3 kids for a new job in SLC and Jerry helped us understand the local market really well. He was extremely patient considering we weren't super familiar with the city and he really helped us feel comfortable with our decision making process. We could see that well priced, good quality family homes were moving quickly and seeing as we had some timing pressures it really helped to have Jerry on the ground keeping us plugged in to new opportunities as soon as they hit the market. He did a great job and being a family man himself even had some good knowledge about the local schools. Highly recommended!
