Toby is the only agent I will work with. Hes kind, thoughtful, and caring, but aggressive when he needs to be. Toby has years of experience and a wealth of knowledge that he utilizes to not only help you sell for the best price, but buy at a great price. Hes there at every step of the way and includes you in every part of the process. I know from experience. Ive purchased and sold at least six properties over the last 25 years. Though Ive tried working with others, I always go back to Toby for good reason, and you should rely on him, too.

There truly are not enough words to express how grateful we are for Toby Barnett. Buying/selling a home is such a huge life moment, and having someone by your side who genuinely cares makes all the difference. From the very beginning, we felt supported, understood, and completely taken care of. Toby didnt just help us find/sell a house aEUR" he helped guide us through an emotional journey with patience, kindness, honesty, and so much heart. No question was ever too small, no concern was ever ignored, and somehow he always knew exactly what we needed, even during the most stressful moments. This was my very first home buying experience and could not have done it so smoothly without Toby! Toby was the one who found my home for me! I did not have to endlessly scroll through different apps to ask him to show them to us, he found my home! What stood out the most was how deeply Toby cared about our family and our future. We never felt like aEURoejust another client.aEUR? We felt valued, respected, and truly important every step of the way. His dedication, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond exceeded every expectation we had. This experience could not have gone better, and we will forever be thankful for everything Toby did for us. If you are looking for a realtor who will fight for you, support you, celebrate with you, and genuinely care about your happiness, look no further. We cannot recommend him enough.

My experience with Toby Barnett was positive and I wouldnt hesitate to refer his services to others. He was a great asset in my property search. Punctual, informed, great at explaining all the questions and doesnt hesitate to go the extra mile. Knowledgeable at explaining future home maintenance and expenditure questions, and proactive at finding possible problem areas. Straight forward attitude and looking out for the client.

Toby was extra attentive and never batted an eye at any request we had of him. He also thought of things we didn't and helped us make an informed choice of what kind of home we actually wanted to purchase. I appreciated most that we told him what we wanted and he sent us only what we asked. Zero pressure so we felt extremely comfortable with him. He has a great relationship with other realtors and knew how to navigate that end as well. Have to give a shout out to his Mother who works with him. She is an amazing realtor as well. I'd recommend them to everyone I know. I've already passed his name along to two of our friends. Excellent customer service!!

Toby was professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. From valuing our property and sharing a tailored sales strategy, to listing our home, preparing it to show, facilitating the open house, to final sale, Toby was working for us the entire time. He listened to our concerns and needs, provided guidance and information as necessary, took action appropriately and often thought of resolutions before we even noticed an issue! We would highly recommend Toby Barnett to sell your home!
