There are so many good things to say about our experiences of buying and selling a home with Nancy Chu that I'm not sure which one to start with. We first met Nancy through a recommendation of a friend, which says a lot. We bought our home with her about 5 years ago. She artfully negotiated the purchasing price down, owing to extensive repair work needed. Five years and a different housing market altogether, Nancy very strategically set the asking price of our house, when we put it on the market, to encourage market engagement, and boy did we get it! Leading up to the open house, we needed a little bit of staging, so she and her team completely arranged it. She had multiple team members supporting the open house to ensure all prospective buyers questions would be answered. After the open house, Nancy helped get the best offer for us. We had numerous offers, quite a few that were all cash. While this has a lot to do with the house, location, and market, it was clear that Nancy knew how to price the house to generate this interest, and that she had the experience to advocate for our interests and successfully negotiate with the various buyers. She even made sure we had a backup offer just in case. Her team ensured a smooth closing by arranging the CoO with the town AND found a home for a piano. Nancy has tons of experience, is savvy, smart, and is an incredibly capable and competent agent. Her team is staffed with knowledgable, hard working professionals who have high standards.
