KW Metro Center

Oscar was fantastic to work with! He was professional, reliable, friendly, responsive and honest. He showed great knowledge of the current market and previous sales in the area. He even offered to help give a hand with clearing out the condo. The condo sold quick! Oscar made the process easy. I would highly recommend Oscar for anyone selling or buying a home! You will be in good hands. : )

Oscar was phenomenal from the start. He asked us a lot of questions to get a feel of what we were looking for. It was in our second batch of listings/viewings that we found the house perfect for us. He called the other realtor and told them we were going to put an offer down before they had 2 open houses (it was the 1st day the house was going on the market). There was another offer on the table from another party but, because of Oscar?s professionalism, they gave us the option to match the other party of negotiate with the seller. Oscar worked his magic and we are now the owner?s of this beautiful home! Even the people they recommended for the Home inspection were top notch! He answered immediately and always knew or found the answer for us. He truly made this an easy experience! Thank you Oscar for everything! We can not thank you enough and the KW team!

Oscar went above and beyond with us. Not only did he show us a ton of houses until we found the one we loved but he was an absolute shark closing the deal. He knows everyone in the business. 10/10 couldn?t recommend him enough!

Oscar was recommended to me from someone who had worked with him in the past and helped the other family find their dream home. I came to Oscar not knowing when I what I really wanted, what was something I can afford and what was ideal for my situation. He was patient, worked to make sure I understood all the steps in the process, and was able to find potential homes/opportunities for myself that gave me more of a taste of what I would prefer. There was no rush to buy home, and Oscar knew that and worked carefully to make sure I found something well suited for an opportunity for growth in what I described for myself. With the offer that did come for my home, Oscar worked to make sure we would land the deal, and so be it - I got it! I would recommend Oscar to anyone who is a first time home buyer or seller as he knows the ins and outs of what makes a great house and what makes for a great home for the future.

Daniel was great to work with. Always provided timely responses to our questions and requests and helped us work through a tight timeline with getting us in to our new place.
