I hired Chris Igoe as the listing agent, after another realtor had the house on the market for one full year, with very few offers, none satisfactory. Chris listed the house, and with his knowledge of the local market, designed a strategy to generate very quickly multiple offers, leading to selling at a price well above listing, within six days on the market. Not only did he use professional photos, but also a smart video showing the potential of the property and addressing possible concerns. This caused several prospective buyers, who otherwise may have hesitated to make an offer, to make offers, some good ones and some others on the low side . Rather than simply discard offers which came in very low, Chris pro-actively interacted with them to reconsider and to bid substantially higher. The house was sold to the buyer initially with the lowest offer, but soon revised to above listing price after back-and-forth conversation between buyers agent and Chris. Once a bid was accepted, Chris followed through to ensure a successful closing. All in all, it was a stress-free and pleasant experience from start to finish. The whole process was done in a very professional and ethical manner, with Chris giving his full attention at every step. His advice was always very sound and valuable, with a focus to making sure to achieve the best possible outcome. Five stars!
