While I did not have her help me purchase property, she did show my property to a family. A member of the family broke one of our drawers, and we know that because we had just used it before the showing, and then they very quickly left our house--within four minutes of arriving. When my realtor tried to reach out to her, she ignored his calls and never returned them. I completely understand accidents happen. I am not upset about that, I am frustrated with the lack of professionalism by avoiding my realtor and avoiding telling us what happened. I will not be approving any future showings from her.
