Mr. Scott Rice did a great job assisting us with the sale of our property. Scott is very knowledgeable regarding the geographical area and found a buyer very quickly. Also, all correspondence?s were professional and made in a timely manner. If anyone is currently in the market to sell or buy a property in the hill country, we highly recommend Scott as their agent!

If youre looking to buy or sell property in the New Braunfels/Canyon Lake area, you want Scott in your corner. He guided my wife and I through the process of selling our land, and he was consistently available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. We found his knowledge of the local market to invaluable in listing, negotiating, and selling our property. For a realtor who truly cares and delivers results, Scotts your guy. Five stars.

Scott was an absolute joy to work with! I was thrilled to connect with someone as detailed, transparent, and trustworthy as Scott was. He advocated for me as a first-time seller with great integrity. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate professional with a game-plan and positive attitude.
