KW Heritage

Grant was so professional and easy to work with. He made the process of selling our home quick and painful. Hes very knowledgeable and we were so grateful to have an agent like him when selling our first home.

Bottom line up front: If you are selling your home, you want Grant Lopez and the Keller Williams Heritage company in your corner working for you. Working with Grant Lopez is a dream come true. In the last 30 years, and several military moves, I have never experienced the top level service as I did when working with Grant. I was so used to the heavy sales pitch, the broken promises, and the lack of motivation when it came to selling my homes, and Grant told me right up front: "That is not how I work." and he was spot on correct!Grant continuously kept me up to date with what was going on during the prep to sell, and proactively contacted me for "how are things" type checks as we moved through the process. He also gave me the steps right up front so I knew what to expect before the process started. There were no surprises, and I had plenty of time to make informed decisions. After my first meeting with Grant, I was so pleased that he was assigned to work with me as I didn't pick who I would be working with, and based on the relationship, I have to believe that Keller Williams Heritage has rock solid high ethics and values. Professionalism and Integrity are TOPS!While I hope to never have to sell my home again, I know where I'm going if I have to.Thanks Grant!

Stress free!Grant is awesome. He listened to what we were looking for from the start, he kept us in the loop throughout the process, and he made himself available for my wife and I anytime we had any questions of concerns. Everyone wants a Relator that is trustworthy, attentive, and respectful. Well, Grant is all that and more. He made our transition so smooth and we are very grateful for his expertise. Thank you, Grant. Havent met a better Realtor than you.

Grant is awesome there is no more realtors like him anymore, that will do his best to make things as smooth as possible, he is on top of every single detail, it made the process very easy for us so we were able to concentrate on other things. He is very efficient, professional and we are very thankful for the great job he did beginning to the end. Thank you so much Grant

Grant is simply the best realtor around! We readied our house of 18 years in two months with Grant's advice. He knew all the right people and ways to make the process so easy, helped us know how to professionally stage the house, and was extremely responsive and professional. We sold it in 3 days for way over our asking price. I can't say enough good things about him!
