Lin helped me buy my first house this year, and it couldn't have been a better experience. She was affable and dedicated, answering all of my questions honestly and clearly. She was patient during the first half of the process when I was looking at many different things in many different neighborhoods. She helped me identify what I was looking for, both the necessities and the ideal version. She brought me to several gems that I hadn't found, even though I spent hours online every day for weeks, including the gorgeous place I ended up with. I couldn't be happier, and I'm so grateful that I did it with Lin.

Lin is by far the BEST realtor I've met so far. We just clicked right away and she made the entire house-hunting process so much easier and smoother. She was always responsive, patient, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. Lin is also INCREDIBLY thorough and attentive! She notices really important details and problems that most buyers would easily miss (like we did)! She researches each property really deep, reviews the history, evaluates comparable sales, helps determine whether the seller is being fully transparent.. I mean all of it is just so helpful! She always explained everything clearly and gave us honest advice and made sure we NEVER felt pressured into making a decision! And of course, Lin genuinely cared about protecting our interests and helping us find the right home and not just "completing a transaction". Again, she is a fantastic realtor and a warm and friendly person and we feel so so so lucky to have met her and can't recommend her highly enough. THANK YOU LIN!!!

My partner and I have completely different tastes in homes (a realtor's nightmare), yet Lin truly listened to both of us and found THE house aEUR" she even got us a showing before it hit the market. That kind of hustle and dedication can't be faked. Her passion for homes shows in everything she does, and she was right beside us at every step, from the first showing to closing. I used to be deeply skeptical of realtors; Lin single-handedly changed that. If I could give ten stars, I would. 100% recommend.

Lin was an amazing asset for our home search. She was extremely responsive, helped us understand all the disclosures and provided guidance on the comps. Her great communication with the selling agents is what helped us land our home. I will be referring my friends and family to Lin moving forward!

Buying my first property in the Bay Area was probably the most stressful experience I've ever had BUT, with Lin in my corner, I had a supportive, knowledgeable, and kind resource on my team that made it as smooth as it could be. She advocated tirelessly for me during the many steps of the process and was always ready to help. Highly recommend working with Lin on your next home purchase!
