Kristin Francis Team

We were assisted by Marzia Abbasi and she could not have been more helpful. Given how crazy the market was during our search, I honestly don?t think we could have done it without her. Her market expertise, local knowledge, and patience with us were second to none. Would highly recommend.

We worked with Brandi and Liz and they made the entire process of selling our home beyond easy and stress free. Our home sold within a week of being on the market for our selling price and was spot on for the appraisal. We could not be happier with Brandi and Liz as they set up everything for us without us lifting a finger. Highly highly recommend the Kristin Francis team!

We worked with Marzia in finding a new rental in the Arlington market. As active duty military, moving around is a constant stress and struggle every 2-3 years. Working with Marzia was a breeze? from initial questions about the market to communication and finding that perfect opportunity and negotiating the lease term and price, she was great!

Brandi and the team was a godsend. As out of state sellers she was our proxy for so many issues that arose. She dealt with the sellers, set expectations, and kept us informed every step of the way.

Adrienne Freshman was an amazing realtor. She provided tremendous support and advice, but also knew when to push us to make our own decisions. She was fun and knowledgeable and made the entire buying process enjoyable and efficient.
