Brad did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the status of things, navigated us through the process, gave us very good guidance to steer negotiations. When we needed quick access to a property inspector, he had a couple of very good choices. When specific contractors were needed to get estimates for repairs, he again had a rolodex of contractors to respond quickly. Although the property bought was a modest one, he always treated us like we were the most important deal he had going, and responded quickly to our questions and requests.
