I sold my last home with Connecticut Realtors Laura Testa and Peter Testa. They are no ordinary real estate agents they were more like amazing! I knew from our 1st meeting they would be the ones to sell my house for me. All through the time we worked together they were available to guide me. Once we signed an offer there were inspections and things came up. They gave me good advice on negotiating inspections and negotiated the list of items the buyer wanted fixed to only a few. Very good at what they do, thanks for the help selling. Ill tell anyone I know who needs help with real estate to call the 2 of you.
