Working with Peter Chiarkas was truly one of the best decisions we made during our real estate journey. From start to finish, Peter was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, strategic, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best possible outcome. What stood out most was his communication. Peter was always available to answer questions, explain the process, and keep us informed every step of the way. Real estate transactions can be stressful, but his calm, professional approach gave us confidence throughout the entire experience. Beyond his expertise, Peter is simply a great person to work with. He is kind, patient, honest, and always had our best interests in mind. His strategic guidance helped us navigate important decisions, and his deep understanding of the market was invaluable. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention his outstanding team. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, organized, professional, and committed to providing exceptional service. Together, they made what could have been a complicated process feel seamless and enjoyable. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, hardworking, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about his clients, I cannot recommend Peter Chiarkas highly enough. Whether you're buying or selling, you'll be in excellent hands. We are incredibly grateful for everything Peter and his team did for us, and we would gladly work with them again in the future!

Peter and his team worked tirelessly to help us find our home and we couldn't be happier! They were always happy to show us homes that came on the market and kept an eye out for anything they thought we would be interested in. Peter and his team are knowledgeable and were really looking out for us as clients. Great experience from start to finish!

Peter did an outstanding job assisting us with both selling our current home and purchasing a new home. Peter has a extensive knowledge of the area. Highly recommend Peter, a true professional.

Peter and Gretchen were phenomenal, and we are so grateful for all they did to help us with our move to State College. This particular move was the most complex family situation and timing we have ever experienced, and yet it was the absolute best experience we have ever had with a realtor. The care and attention and responsiveness was nothing short of outstanding and they treated us like their very own family every step of the way. We felt so supported and loved which was so encouraging as we start our next chapter.

Peter and team were outstanding in helping us find our home. We got honest opinions on homes which really helped us weed out those that looked great online vs. those in real life. Peter and Gretchen did a great job running us through the homes we toured. Peter excelled during the negotiation phase when we found our perfect home. The team made the rest of the buying process and smooth all the way through closing. Peter and Gretchen helped connect us to local contractors so we could make minor repairs and upgrades right after we closed. Cannot recommend Peter and his team enough!
