She was knowledgeable and negotiations went Ok. In one instance, I would have gone higher but was not given the opportunity. The only other area of possible improvement might be responsiveness. There were times when I waited a couple of days for an answer to a question...

Kindra was very supportive of our needs and concerns. Any question we had Kindra answered it and strong efforts were made to meet our requests. We specifically, appreciated Kindra creating itineraries when we visited multiple homes. Kindra's communication skills are very strong as well.
