When my husband and I began our search for our first home, we started the process using a different agent that was recommended by the mortgage broker we selected. We were highly dissatisfied with that agent, and after parting ways we found Katy through her Kinlin Grover profile. Working with Katy was a dream. She really listened to our list of aEURoemust havesaEUR? for a first home, and used that list to show us properties that she thought we would love. In the end, the home we ended up purchasing was one that we never would have considered viewing without her encouragement, and we couldnt be happier! Katy was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of our transaction, including the complicated regulations of an FHA mortgage. She connected us with a better/local mortgage broker when we were dissatisfied with our first company, introduced us to our closing attorney, assisted with the home inspection process, worked with the town to correct irregularities in our field card, and negotiated a great price on our new home. Most importantly, she was able to calm the nerves of anxious first-time home buyers and make the process as smooth as possible. When the time comes for us to move again, we will happily use Katy to list our current house and find us a new one. I would recommend her to anyone!

Pat was an absolute gem to work with, always professional while at the same time very personally supportive. By the time we were through, she had lined up and showed me some 30 houses that I asked her to see and talked to me about various others, while always remaining patient and calm. I had a good number of conflicting views about the several houses I zeroed in on and Pat turned out to be a good sounding board to help me sort them out. Once the deal was settled on the house I decided to buy, Pat kept me on track with all of the details that she knew I had to be aware of, down to making sure I knew about and sorted out all of the utilities and notices to local government departments I should worry about. I am not from the Cape and when I started to look for a house, I randomly picked Pat from a Zillow listing she was on. I am very glad I did.
