I have known Martha for years. She is an excellent realtor, with many years of experience. This was our first experience selling an home and she gave us such great advice! She was very knowledgeable and helpful, and patient through all our questions, how to show our home and what the buyers are looking for. She was always very quick to respond when we needed her and walked us through everything we needed before, during, and after the closing( with friendly reminders, for those of us that needed them). Martha Knapp is an Outstanding Realtor. She makes herself available all hours of the day and night. She is proactive letting us know aEUR~next steps in the process of buying our new house and the many, many details that go into it. From uploading documents, docu signs, dead line dates, what comes next and constantly encouraging us, she lets us know that we are aEUR~doing a fine job. We are both senior citizens and this technology today is overwhelming and the process of buying a home today (this is our 6th over the span of 53 years) has changed considerably and yet she answered every question and every doubt we had and was truly encouraging throughout the process. She even helped us figure out how to use our aEUR~induction stove at 7pm at night. She has truly gone above and beyond her duties as a real estate agent. We are truly blessed to have someone so thoughtful and considerate and encouraging.
