Lances experience and knowledge in the San Francisco market are unmatched. He worked with us for 4 years to find the perfect home to meet our needs. Unfortunately for him, our needs and budget, as a growing family, continued to evolve throughout the process. He never flinched and continued to provide top notch service, and advice. During the process, there were several properties that Lance talked us out of. After he explained his rationale, it was clear that the properties would not have worked for our family. The San Francisco Bay Area market was blazing hot, and we could have easily got caught up in the FOMO and purchased the wrong property, but Lance always kept our best interests in mind and kept a level head. Our goal was always to get the right property at a fair price and he steered us in that direction. In the rare instance he wasnt available, he had us work with his one of his associates, Laena, who was also top notch. I cannot recommend Lance King and his team enough.
