Kindred Real Estate

This is our third purchase/sale with Jeff and it has always been efficient and convenient for us. He is well versed in the area where he works and knows how to properly interact with other parties to the transaction.

Jeff is a great Agent! As a first-time buyer he made the entire process smooth, and it was also a great learning experience! He's very patient and is happy to answer all your questions. He's very knowledgeable, trustworthy and has a calm personality. I would highly recommend him without any hesitation. Ohh and he made me new address labels! How very cool and thoughtful! Thank you, Jeff!!

Jeff is great realtor. With his huge assistance we were able to buy both estates, which we did want. He gave us the best advices to make the smartest offer. 2 purchases and 1 selling were done with his help. Thank you!

I only worked with Jeff when I was looking in Oakland. I was really impressed by Jeffs knowledge and experience. I called Jeff out of blue about one of his listings. He not only patiently answered my questions but offered a ton of free real estate advice to me when I was just a stranger. He also showed me not only his real estate expertise but also his construction knowledge. He gave me a lot of advice on the cost and process of remodeling. Most importantly, he has deep knowledge about neighborhoods in Oakland. As someone who never lived in Oakland before, I really valued his advice on which neighborhoods are safer. I ultimately decided to stay in the SF but I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone who is looking for a home in Oakland or East Bay in general.

I highly recommend Jeff Weissman. He will patiently answer any dumb question and think of lots of questions you've never thought to ask. As a clueless Estate Trustee he helped guide me through extensive renovations and we ended up selling at a strong price. If you want a hands-on, knowledgeable and detailed Realtor then he's the one for you!
