The best realtor we've ever worked with. It was during our home purchase with Kim that we realized the value of working with a professional realtor. Kim is very knowledgeable about the northern Virginia market. She made our search cost and time efficient by setting up automated search criteria and modifying that criteria as we refined our search. She was a proactive advocate for us during our home buying process by providing helpful guidance when viewing homes, crafting an offer and counter-offer, and negotiating reasonable concessions on our behalf during and after the contract. I was surprised at the number of seller-concessions she negotiated for us - always speaking up on our behalf. Kim was able to leverage the relationships she has built in the real-estate business on our behalf -whether it be with builders in the area, mortgage brokers, inspection services, or other services. Always very responsive - we never had to wait on a response from Kim during evenings and weekends. Always very patient with us - dedicating entire days to helping us view as many homes as possible with our busy schedules. Always present - attended our home inspection - she made sure items noted during the inspection were corrected by the seller - even if not required. Often it was the unexpected things she did that won us over, such as entertaining our 3 year old which allowed us to speak with builders and sales reps. Kim really helped us find the perfect home.
