We recently sold our home in Regency at Dominion Valley in Haymarket and had the pleasure of working with Kim Ramos. In an exercise fraught with unknowns, Kim was an essential part of making things work. From her impressive knowledge of our areas requirements and her ability to recommend people who could help us achieve our best look, she was prepared. Through staging, painting, power washing, donating, selling, closing out HOA requirements, marketingaEUR|she steered us in the right direction for quick and effective results. We were also impressed with how she creatively approached online media and staging. Her knowledge of the area and obvious preparation helped us with both the decision to list with her and setting a solid asking price - which we achieved. Kim lives in Dominion Valley which was a plus for showings. It was also invaluable for the information she was able to share at open houses with prospective buyers. Her calm demeanor, fun personality and obvious professionalism made the process easier for us. Kim is a miracle worker! We found the home of our dreams and had to get our house ready to list within 7 days since we were on a home sale contingency. Kim pulled all of the stops to make it happen and we sold over list price in just one day. We never made it to our open house! Kim rolled up her sleeves and helped us make it happen. She was so proactive with all communications, and there were a LOT of moving pieces. Not once did anything fall through the cracks. Even after closing Kim helped with some logistics and comms between us and the buyers of our home to ease the transition for everyone.
