Kim Hill Real Estate

Hannah was fantastic to work with! It took us forever to find a home. Between the market and my pickiness she was a trooper. She was always responsive and would figure out the answers to any questions we had. Once we found a house she was great about getting our old house on the market quick and sold even quicker!

Sara did a great job with helping my wife and I buy our first home. I'm currently serving in the Army overseas in Germany and she did such a great job with helping and communicating with me!!

Sara was amazing throughout the entire experience! Me and my wifes first home and everything we asked Sara made it happen. We couldnt be happier with everything that we got!

Working with Cody Fletcher as my realtor was hands down one of the best decisions I made during my home buying journey. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Cody has an incredible eye for detail and helped me find an amazing house that truly fits everything I wanted and even things I didnt realize I needed. He was always honest, knowledgeable, and quick to point out both the positives and potential concerns with each property, which gave me a lot of confidence in my decisions. What really stood out was how smoothly he guided me through the entire process. From showings to negotiations to closing, Cody was always one step ahead, making sure everything stayed on track and that I understood what was happening at every stage. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, and I always felt like I had someone in my corner. If youre looking for a realtor who genuinely cares, knows the market, and will go the extra mile to help you find the perfect home, I cant recommend Cody Fletcher enough.

Hannah was great. Super friendlyaEUR|super down to earth. She was willing to do anything to be helpful. 10/10 I would recommend her to anyone! She met us at properties at the drop of a hat so we could check them out. She spoke to the bank and the seller about everything. She helped us through the appraisal and inspection process. She was great.
