Kile Properties

It is my pleasure to write a review for Shannon because he did an excellent job selling my home. He has excellent communication skills and kept me informed along the way. He was willing to go above and beyond, which is much appreciated. Shannon made the process less stressful for me! Thank you

Shannon was great to work with. He responded to all phone calls and texts in a very timely manner. He worked with me every step of the way as this was my first home purchase. Truly couldnt ask for a better realtor in my opinion.

Shannon was so nice and explained to me helped me through a lot of the things I didn't understand I would recommend him to anyone I would rate him as a 10

This was the second house I have sold and Shannon made it so much easier than the first sale. He took away all my anxiety . I had a couple of personal issues that interfered with the process but Shannon was kind, understanding and exhibited patience. He was persistent with the lender and kept me up-to-date with the process. I was included in all major decisions. Thank you Shannon for everything. I feel like a met a friend and a great business contact.

Shannon is very professional and takes care of business. Made the sale process very easy, was available, answered all our questions. Everything went exactly as he said it would. Highly recommend working with Shannon. He made a difficult situation very easy for us.. Actually feel blessed we found him.
