Marcella is skilled, professional, quick to respond, and is a pleasure to work with. From our initial meeting to my closing date, she always offered honest advice while also being willing to listen to my opinion. Marcella excels at helping a client prepare a home for showings. She knows the area market well and worked to find the right buyer for my home. Her advice on negotiating with potential buyers was spot on. I highly recommend Marcella for her honesty, professionalism, and reliability. Finally, I cannot fail to mention that she is a delightful, friendly and kind person.

Marcella was excellent. She was helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. She actually sold our house without it being listed. Marcella had a list of potential buyers wanting to move into the community that made the process extremely easy. Our house sold, first showing, full offer to an amazing couple who will cherish it like we did. Because our house sold so quickly we had nowhere to go. There were virtually no houses available to rent in our area, we were panicking! Marcella reached out to everyone she knew and found us an amazing rental home that fit our needs.

Marcella is the best realtor we have ever worked with. She made selling our home such a breeze! She is very professional, experienced, open, thorough, transparent, reliable agent who makes the whole process flawless! She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making home ready for showings, reviewing and accepting the offers, and finalizing the closing. Relocations can be challenging sometimes, but Marcellas extensive experience and her knowledge of the market made it such an amazing experience. She was always available to answer any questions that we had and for any scheduled or unscheduled showings. Marcella is an outstanding agent to work with. Its like having a close friend working for you. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood. Marcella has sense of hummer, passion, and true love for what she does. If you are looking for an extraordinary agent, Marcella is the one you need!

We knew Marcella was the agent for us, when selling our home, from the moment we met. Our neighbor suggested that we contact her, as they had a great experience using her services. Marcella was professional, friendly and answered all our questions. She made all the worries disappear, took control of the situation and we received offers within a few days. She made sure we were always up to date, took care of all the paperwork and negotiated all aspects of the sale. You will not regret choosing Marcella as your real estate agent.
