Sarah did an OUTSTANDING job helping us get our first home in Pepper Pike. She has an exceptional personality, and was able to show us homes even after hours. She negotiated beautifully on our behalf, was very knowledgeable, knews the ins and outs of the community, and overall helped us make a really good decision. 10/10 would recommend!!

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience working with Sarah, which ultimately led to finding the perfect home for our needs. She consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Despite veiwing numerous houses, Sarah remained incredibly patient and supportive. Her responsiveness and deep knowledge of the market were invaluable, and she always ensured we were fully informed at every step. Sarah offered thoughtful advice and never pressured us into making decisions we weren't comfortable with. On top of her professionalism, Sarah is an exceptionally kind and humble person. We truly felt fortunate to have her represent us, and we can't recommend her highly enough! Definitly, we will reach to her any time we want to sell or purchase a new house.

Buying my first house felt like it would be overwhelming, but Sarah made the process so easy. She responded quickly to all my questions and had great local knowledge that helped me focus on the right areas. Thanks to her, I found my dream first homeaEUR"its absolutely perfect! I'm so glad I had her on my side and would recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

Sarah cancelled my showing while I was standing in the driveway of the listing waiting for her. Never a note, text, email on no coming. Will not use or recommend this agency - look elsewhere if you are looking.
