Alicia was the best! She was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. She was able to answer every question we had went above and beyond to help with everything we needed. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to buy a home!

A trusted friend highly recommended Alicia and wow, she did not lead me astray! After house hunting upstate for a year and a half, and having a lackluster experience with another buyer's agent, Alicia was a total godsend. She is an absolute wealth of knowledge, alerting us to the good, the bad, and the ugly of every house we considered. She took her time with us, viewed properties on our behalf, and NEVER pressured us or tried to "sell" us on a place. She also helped us zero in on what to look for and where. Thanks to her guidance, we ended up buying in a completely different county than we'd originally envisioned, and we genuinely believe it was her strategy that got our below-asking offer accepted. As first-time buyers in a super competitive market, we felt she gave us a real edge. Best of all, her support didn't end at closing. She continues to go above and beyond, answering questions, recommending fantastic contractors, and helping out in any way she can. She loves what she does and it shows. Do yourself a favor and work with her!

Mary is incredible! We are so lucky that we had her as a part of our home-buying journey. She is so knowledgeable about every single aspect of the business and local areas. She knows it all, from home repair, legal processes, title business, and how to set you up with an amazing team of professionals. Besides being so highly skilled and qualified, Mary is a kind and considerate individual who really looks out for the best interest of her buyers. She calmed my nerves MANY times over many text messages, and walkthroughs. She taught us so much over the course of our house hunt and closing. Mary was with us every step of the way until we closed on our dream home. If ever we were going to need a realtor again, it would hands down be Mary. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her.

Mary was wonderful to work with on the purchase of a home. She was always very patient and quick to respond to any questions we had. She is very professional and knowledgeable in the real estate field. Mary explained every step very throughly and kept us updated on the process. I highly recommend Mary if you are looking to buy or sell a home.

Mary was incredible throughout the process of buying our very first home. She is trustworthy, knowledgeable, extremely patient, and was always willing to go above and beyond to help us every step of the way. She made the experience so much better, and we couldnt be more grateful to have had her by our side. We truly cant recommend her enough!
