Stellar. We were first introduced to Mirek when we wanted to look at a property we were interested in that we saw on Zillow. Clicked on a button to schedule the tour, within 2 minutes I got a call from him. Didn't have an agent at the time so we just ran with it, fingers crossed. We were 5 minutes early, so was he. We were immediately impressed with his honesty and transparency - nothing faked or forced - just thoughtful advice. When we left that first tour we knew immediately he was our guy. Throughout our months-long journey of trying to find our dream home in an extremely challenging market, Mirek was always incredibly responsive, usually picking up on the first ring or responding to a text within a couple minutes. Lost our first 3 bids to cash offers - no fault of his or ours - yet he was always providing knowledge, perspective, and encouragement along the way. Brittany was a joy to work with from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable about the Rockford area and was an amazing listener. She had a sound knowledge of home systems, for example understanding certain things about well, septic, water heaters, etc. And not only that, she was fun to work with.
