We ended up selling over asking and were able to close on the sale of our first home. Though there were obstacles thrown our way, Nikki helped to get over them and continue along with the process. Nikki is amazing !! This is the second time she has helped us find a home . Not only is she knowledgeable about the process she genuinely cares and wants you to be happy . Never have we felt pressured or that she was bothered by us. She is trustworthy and always willing to accommodate times to see homes, even with short notice at times with my husbands busy schedule . I have just closed on a home that Nikki was aware was coming on the market on a Friday.We saw the house at 9:30 Friday morning. Saturday morning Nikki contacted me to tell me that I had just found a new home. Nikki is going to list my soon to be former home shortly.
