Key Realty Delta County

Tammy was phenomenal to work with! We were set up through Zillow and I couldnt be happier! She was so reassuring and helpful throughout the whole process! 10/10 recommend and would go through her for any future needs!

Tammy is an excellent agent! She always finds me what I need, every time. Whether it's buying or selling, she's the best. I have always been able to to buy or sell very quickly with her. I've had her as my agent for many many years and have always had a great experience dealing with her.

Tammy did an amazing job helping us find our forever home! With the tough housing market and having to schedule showings around a hectic work schedule for us she never let anything stand in her way.

Tammy Garling is a top notch go-getter! She connected with me right away and sold my house quickly. Tammy is an amazing realtor. I have only good things to say about her. Give her a call and find out for yourself! Thank you, Tammy!!!

Tammy was excellent to work with. Communication was very responsive & helpful throughout the entirety of the closing process as I sold my home. She welcomed my questions as it was my first sell and was understanding and knowledgeable of my unique situation as I had to complete the close out of state. With Tammy, closing was simple and I was confident that all was being taken care of well and efficiently. I would highly recommend working with Tammy!
