KEY Real Estate Services

Very personable, patient, knowledgeable on all aspects of house buying process. We could go on and on. So glad we are working with him and would not think of working with any one else.

Davids calm and professional demeanor remains steady and focused throughout the entire selling process! There is never any hesitation with Dave as he precisely answers many of the mundane questions as he knows his business. I consider myself fortunate that an attorney friend of mine recommended Dave.

We spent a year working with Dave in this hot market. He was very impressive and delightful to work with. What really stood out was how he was on top of the agreements we signed: moving date out as necessary or advisable. We intend to use Dave Cappucci when we eventually sell and we will recommend him to other without reservation.
