Emily was fantastic helping me find an apartment in Cumberland. She was helpful, knowledgeable about the local market, and made the entire process smooth and easy. She quickly showed great options matching my needs, coordinated viewings efficiently, answered all questions, and handled the paperwork hassle-free. Found a perfect place thanks to her! Highly recommend Emily aEUR" professional and truly excellent

Emily was very patient and attentive to our needs in finding a 1031 exchange property. She was knowledgeable about real estate, and if we had a question she couldn't immediately answer, she researched the question and got back to us quickly. She was very reliable, explained things clearly, and helped us with recommendations of people and businesses that could help us get established after the closing.

We met Emily at an open house she was holding in Southeast CT, far from the Northcentral CT area we lived in. That was 13 months ago. Since then, we figuratively tortured her with changing house requirements, types, sizes, and an ever-changing market area. I cannot even say how many showings we had but well north of 25! Through it all, Emily hung in with us, as our RE Agent. This included several offers where we were out-bid, offers that ultimately did not meet our inspection standards, and others that justaEUR|.fizzled. Emily remained committed to our cause with patience, kindness, understanding and professionalism. We were difficult clients. Emilly was unwavering in her effort to find us the home we needed. She did! We can recommend her without reservation based on our experience with her. Thank you again, Ms Emily!!
