Kentucky Elite Real Estate

Tanner was amazing! Not pushy, very professional. Would highly recommend. Tanner showed me several properties and even hiked through tic infested woods so I could check out 60 acres of hunting land with a house. He was very knoledable and had many helpful suggestions on things I never would have thought about.

Tanner came highly recommended from a local business in Frankfort. He was very responsive and communicated effectively. He was sensitive to our needs and paid keen attention to details. I would definitely recommend this real estate agent and appreciate his industriousness over the past few weeks.

I have historically been averse to working with realtors, but I would use Tanner again in a heart beat to buy or sell a home. Having him available to answer questions and ensure everything was going as it should was invaluable at a very busy time in my familys lives. His experience in the Central KY real estate market as a realtor, homeowner and property investor instills confidence and trust in his ability to guide and support you through a real estate search and transaction. Tanner patiently stuck with us as we looked for what we wanted/needed in a home and was never pushy or overbearing. He is honest and kind, and I cannot recommend him enough.

Maurice did an outstanding job on what I thought was the impossible.. he was there every step of the way. Answered all my questions and made sure I understand everything. Im very grateful for having Maurice as my realtor and I will definitely recommend him to any and everybody I know looking to buy or sell a home.
