My girlfriend and I worked with Kelly as first-time home buyers and she was outstanding. Most important was Kelly's knowledge of the home buying process as we had a lot of questions given that this was our first home. Kelly was very patient and responsive and answered all questions about financing, contract terminology, timelines, and anything else that came up. Looking back at the broader process though, Kelly was very responsive to all questions and made time on the weekend for us to look at homes within a day of first meeting. Throughout the home buying process, Kelly was knowledgeable of the different areas we were looking at and gave us pros/cons to consider for each condo. Finally, Kelly was invaluable during the negotiation process as she helped us get an accepted offer at a price that was both competitive and fair (something that can feel pretty stressful when buying your first him).

She successfully and quickly found buyers for my condo, she successfully negotiated on my behalf, and she took care of every little (and not so little) thing regarding the sale of my condo - from the moment I told her I wanted to sell, to the closing on it. I trusted her completely, and I am all the better for having done so. I understand that the world is going the AI-way, the internet and the algorithm way. None of that can replace the real human interaction - both the human touch and the human expertise and advice - and Kelly had these in spades.
