Kelller Williams shore properties

His agent, Toni Ann did a great job helping us find our new home. She was available when we needed her and was ready to show us homes the first day we contacted her. She quickly got a good feel for what we were looking for and jumped when new listings showed up. The guidance for what to expect for the various inspections by the township and HOA was great.

Good. Toni Muro was my contact person. I moved from Florida and really appreciated the care and attention I received. We viewed a number of properties. I found the property I liked and bought it. Toni assisted me with every aspect of the process

We spent several months working with Natalia as she helped us buy our second home. Her expertise, patience and thoughtful guidance was incredibly valuable. We would highly recommend Natalia and appreciate the support and professionalism she consistently brought to the whole process.

We recently used Dave Lazaro for both the sale of our shore house and the purchase of another house. When I say both transactions went perfectly I am underestimating how well they went. Dave handled every aspect of both sales with complete integrity and professionalism. There was not one issue throughout the process that he was not experienced or prepared for. The systems that Dave has in place with his team at Keller Williams Shore Properties operate like a well oiled machine. We have both bought and sold several homes over the years and this is by far the best experience we have ever had. The knowledge that Dave has in real estate is invaluable. If youre considering buying or selling a home I fully recommend that you contact Dave Lazaro of Keller Williams Shore Properties, it will be one of the best decisions that you will ever make.

David is the best. He helped us every step of the way. He knew just what we were looking for. And gave us valuable advice every step of the way. If a home needed too much work, such as a new roof or furnace, or kitchen updates, he was sure to let us know exactly what we'd be getting into... He and his team of professionals were always available to take our calls and answer, even at night or on weekends. After we moved in, he also still takes our calls and texts to gladly recommend painters, electricians, other contractors that we might need. Dont hesitate to work with him and his team. We'd be more than happy to use him again in the future.
