I rented a property listed by Matthews team at 1001 Inlet Circle #271 for a month-long stay, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The home was in extremely poor condition and should not be rented in its current state.The property was run-down and lacked basic upkeep from the owner. Numerous things in the home were falling apart or broken, and it was clear that little effort had been put into maintaining the property incuding the cleanlines of the home, despite a cleaning fee being charged. While the location worked well and the pool area was very nice, the condition of the unit made it very difficult to enjoy my stay. Gracie, a member of Matthews team, did attempt to improve the situation after I arrived by providing sheets without holes and a shower curtain that was not covered in mold. I would strongly encourage the team to thoroughly inspect and vet properties before renting them out. As a renter, I assumed a local rental agency would have basic standards for the properties they list. It is understandable why this property is not listed on a platform where reviews are visible. Had I rented through one of those sites, I would have requested a refund and left.

He is not your typical aggressive seller, instead he is very intentional and works hard to u stand who he is working with and what they are looking for.
