Amazing experience . I want to share my experience working with Matt. From the first moment we met he was an extremely professional and attentive. He is not your typical aggressive seller, instead he is very intentional and works hard to u stand who he is working with and what they are looking for. I do not live in the area which can make a buying experience tricky. Matt was so accommodating and he was knowledgeable about the area. I never once hesitated working with him and am so pleased that he found me my future home. You will not be disappointed if you work with Matt.

Two years ago Matthew found and helped us buy our first rental property.His knowledge of the local area and understanding of the Realestate market was what drew us to his company.He walked us through the entire process ever step and patiently answered all our questions and talked us through our concerns. He made the whole process feel effortless though I know the effort he and his team put in.We are from out of state so Matthew helped us find bankers and attorneys to work with and they were wonderful as well. Once we purchased the property we had some repairs made by contractors who worked for Matthew and the work was completed quickly at a good price and quality workmanship, all supervised by Matt and his team. We have not missed a day of rentals ,they have found and vetted all the tenants we have had and we never had a problem with any of them . I cannot say enough about Matthew and his team.December of last year we just purchased our second property through Matthew and his team and our experience has been just as great

I rented a property listed by Matthews team at 1001 Inlet Circle #271 for a month-long stay, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The home was in extremely poor condition and should not be rented in its current state.The property was run-down and lacked basic upkeep from the owner. Numerous things in the home were falling apart or broken, and it was clear that little effort had been put into maintaining the property incuding the cleanlines of the home, despite a cleaning fee being charged. While the location worked well and the pool area was very nice, the condition of the unit made it very difficult to enjoy my stay. Gracie, a member of Matthews team, did attempt to improve the situation after I arrived by providing sheets without holes and a shower curtain that was not covered in mold. I would strongly encourage the team to thoroughly inspect and vet properties before renting them out. As a renter, I assumed a local rental agency would have basic standards for the properties they list. It is understandable why this property is not listed on a platform where reviews are visible. Had I rented through one of those sites, I would have requested a refund and left.

Matt is a true RE professional. He is helpful and knowledgeable with all our needs as a buyer and owner. Gracie makes sure everything is up to my tenants needs. A great experience for both the owner and tenant, no matter the length of the stay as well as the time of the year. This is by far best team you can find.

Matthew did a fantastic job. We enjoyed a beautiful condo on the canal beautiful view sea life and great boats. We received exactly what we ask for. Professional and easy to work with.
