Keller Williams(R) Prosperity Realty

Working with my real estate agent Sal LoCascio was truly a great experience from start to finish. His professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Sal was always there to answer all my questions no matter what time of day. From our very first conversation, he took the time to understand my goals, preferences, and timeline. He was always well prepared, incredibly responsive, and patient with every question I had. Even my attorney's office was very impressed with him and raved about how responsive he was and his follow through. I can't recommend him enough.

Working with Sal was truly one of the best decisions we made during the sale of our home. Our selling process was not always easy, and when our first sale fell through, Sal was incredibly patient, supportive, and professional every step of the way. Anytime an issue came up, Sal was there. He was always available to answer questions, talk things through, calm our nerves, and guide us toward the best solution. His knowledge of the home buying and selling process is exceptional, and we always felt confident knowing we had someone so experienced and skilled representing us. Thankfully, our second buyers, their realtor, and their attorney were wonderful to work with, which made the final transaction much smoother. Through all of it, Sal remained dependable, punctual, responsive, kind, and completely committed to getting us to the closing table. Sal is exactly what you want in a realtor: knowledgeable, honest, supportive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile for his clients. We cannot recommend him highly enough. Whether you are buying or selling a home, you will be in excellent hands with Sal. We are extremely grateful for everything he did for us and would absolutely work with him again. THANK YOU SAL!!

Salvatore was not a very good agent he doesnt know what communication is and doesn't help much always leaves it to to his assistants. Luckily we changed our minds about taking our refrigerator because Sal already had gave it away to the buyers just because they wanted it he didn't let us know. He always demands stuff from us as the sellers but he never helps with anything and always with certain things he wants us to waste money on the house when we're not living there no more. I wouldn't recommend Salvatore, he's to impatient and wants everything done right away and then takes forever to close the house.

Sal helped us sell our home and purchase our new home at the same time. Throughout the entire process he was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and always available when we needed him. He kept both transactions moving and made a stressful process much easier. We highly recommend Sal to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Salvatore is an exceptionally knowledgeable and dedicated realtor who worked tirelessly to help me find perfect home for me. The home search took a significant amount of time, but Salvatore remained patient, persistent, and committed throughout the entire process. He never rushed decisions and always made sure my needs and preferences were the top priority. Throughout the experience, he consistently represented my interests with professionalism and care. He was always availableaEUR"quick to respond to calls, texts, and emailsaEUR"and offered invaluable advice and strategies that only a seasoned realtor would know. His attention to detail, market knowledge, and genuine concern for getting the right outcome truly set him apart. I was extremely pleased with Salvatore to anyone looking for a realtor he truly goes above and beyond.
