Keller Williams Suburban Realty

Harvey helped me through the process of selling my mom's home. He was a pleasure to work with, and he made a daunting process easy to navigate. Harvey always made himself available for questions, explained things clearly, and was very thorough. Whether it was taking our calls, working with other agents, or helping us connect with contractors, Harvey made sure that we had the information and support we needed each step of the way. From the beginning, he demonstrated that he genuinely cares about his clients and ensured that we were happy with the process. I highly recommend him for an exceptional real estate experience!

Harvey was exceptional to work with. As a first time home buyer I had no clue what I was doing. On day one Harvey promised he would be there every step of the way and he truly was. On our first house viewing, I knew I had the right guy on my side. Harvey immediately brought so much insight and knowledge of things I wouldnt have even thought of. He brought a flash light with him and started getting down and dirty so to speak, really taking a look at things and pointing things out. Harvey was available 24/7, every-time I called he either answered or called me back within 2 minutes. He made the process easy and fun and is a great guy 10/10 couldnt have asked for anything

I cannot recommend Harvey Yelen with Keller Williams Realty highly enough. He came into our lives during an incredibly difficult time when my mother became very ill and ultimately passed away. Because we live out of state, the prospect of managing the sale of her home from hundreds of miles away during our time of grief felt completely overwhelming. From day one Harvey stepped in not just as a real estate professional, but as a true lifeline. He coordinated everything locally and even put us in touch with a wonderful service to handle cleaning out the house, saving us countless trips back and forth. His communication was flawless, giving our family immense peace of mind when we needed it most. Harvey handled the entire transaction with the utmost sensitivity, professionalism, and genuine care. If you need a trustworthy, competent, and deeply compassionate realtor, look no further.

Harvey was incredible throughout our first home-buying journey. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions, uncertainty, and stressful moments along the way, but Harvey was always patient, responsive, and genuinely supportive. More than just a realtor, he felt like someone truly in our corner; guiding us honestly through every step, helping us think through important decisions, and even sharing practical money-saving advice along the way. What we appreciated most was that we never felt pressured. He always encouraged us to make the decision that felt right for us long term, and that level of trust meant a lot. Were extremely grateful for all his help and would highly recommend Harvey to anyone looking for someone knowledgeable, caring, and truly great to work with.

We had an excellent experience with Harvey while purchasing our first home in the United States. As French buyers, the American home-buying process initially seemed complex and very different from what we were familiar with. Being able to rely on Harvey, who speaks excellent French, was a tremendous advantage. He guided us step by step with great patience, availability, and clarity. Harvey truly knows his profession, has excellent knowledge of construction, and has a great professional network. His advice was invaluable at every stage. Responsive, attentive, friendly, and warm, he made this first experience much easier and less stressful for us. Now that we are proud owners of our first home in the United States, we are truly happy to have had Harvey by our side and would recommend him without hesitation!
