Jacob was incredibly generous with his time and energy, taking the time to answer all our questions and demystify escrow, loans, etc. He was direct and clear and shared his professional opinions in a way that felt collaborative as opposed to overbearing or pushy. He also was a strong and strategic negotiator. He worked hard to coordinate inspections and talk us through the paperwork, and even arranged to have repair and tradespeople come by and give quotes while we were out of town.
