We met with Amy on a Sunday afternoon after a lengthly phone call with her that morning. She was recommended to us by a friend, and after the phone call we were confident we were in great hands. That Sunday we went and looked at the house we had our eye on, and put an offer in on our house the next day. As we were first time home buyers, Amy went out of her way to make sure we understood the whole process and felt comfortable the entire time. She gave us honest advice that helped us settle everything with the seller in an extremely timely matter. I felt that she had our best interest in mind the entire time, and put us in contact with people who also had our best interest in mind as well. I would highly recommend Amy and David to anyone, and when it comes time to repeat the process we will certainly be reaching back out to her.

Working with Amy Levine was a dream. We were making a big change after having lived in the same house in NJ (where we raised our kids) for 33 years. We weren't just looking for a house. We were looking for a whole new lifestyle, someplace special, in a location equally as special. We just weren't sure where that "special" would land us. Amy's entire heart was in the search. She was always on the hunt, sent us loads of great options, was always happy to look into listings we found online and was truly excited to show us the properties we were interested in. She was patient, thorough, focused, incredibly knowledgeable about the areas she serves, and most important, she was a good study of character. She knew what was going to make us happy, and was determined to help us find it. And did we ever! It took over a year (I said, she is patient!) And we truly found the house and location of our dreams. Amy made the rest of the process a breeze. Her professionalism is unquestionable and continually evident, from showings to negotiating the purchase, to inspections, to closing. Especially the inspections, which I found overwhelming. Amy was able to explain every facet and detail, and advised intelligently and with confidence on issues that arose, which made for a very smooth process. She was also able to recommend trustworthy and reputable service people as needed. Amy was also, frankly, just fun to be with as we looked and looked and looked. She was kind and understanding when I asked my millions of questions (!) throughout our year-long adventure. We plan to stay in our wonderful "new old home" on the river forever. But if we every have to move, Amy will be the first person we call to help us do it again. She is simply the BEST. If you need an agent, to buy or to sell, do yourself a HUGE favor, and choose Amy to be your guide. (And no, she's not my sister! But I'd take her in an instant.)
