My wife and I wanted a change from the hustle and bustle of city life and decided on purchasing a bigger home in the beautiful Sparta section of Sussex County. Through a listing on Zillow, we began working with Lynn and Glenn Garafola. It turned out being perhaps the most delightful and rewarding decision we could have made. From day one, the husband and wife team from Nest Builders were approachable, responsive, friendly, and always available. Never once did we feel pressured or unwelcomed. Any questions or concerns we had were instantly addressed and we were always steered in the right direction. That direction led us to the beautiful home we will be moving into in just a few days. But it doesnt end there. Lynns and Glenns wonderful assistance continued well beyond the showing of houses to my family and I. The recommendations we received from them regarding mortgage experts, local home inspectors, and local attorneys were just as valuable and on point as their realtor abilities and knowledge. We have purchased and sold many homes in the past and I cant say enough about the wonderful experience Glenn and Lynn created for us. We never had to worry about anything and were always kept in the loop about ANY issues our purchase may have encountered. It may seem like I am babbling, but honestly, I could go on and on for pages upon pages describing the satisfaction and peace of mind we received from Glenn and Lynn. Purchasing a home can be one of the most stressful and important event of a young familys life and because of the outstanding teamwork exhibited by all parties involved, this was perhaps the most stress free and enjoyable experience of our lives. We honestly couldnt have done it without the Garafolas and will never be able to fully express our appreciation and respect for them.
