Keller williams elite

We worked with Kathy on both sides of our transaction on a double close and would recommend her for any buyer or seller in the area! Kathys local knowledge and recommendations made both sides of the process very smooth and her transparent communication helped us feel at ease during stressful moments. Kathy understands the market shes working in and made recommendations with incredible precision. She is flexible, dependable, connected, and very knowledgeable- I cant say enough great things about our experience working with her!

Kathy is the best realtor you could ask for. She is incredibly professional, responsive, trustworthy, and always has her clients best interests at heart. She helped us purchase our first home several years ago, and more recently guided us through the sale of our condo and the search for our new home. Neither process was easy, but Kathy remained positive, supportive, and reassuring every step of the way. She kept us informed throughout the entire process, provided honest advice, and always helped us make the best decisions for our situation. Her attention to detail and dedication to her clients are truly unmatched. We are so grateful for everything Kathy has done for us and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and dependable realtor.

Kathy is the best!! She helped us every step of the way! She was professional and helped us navigate this extremely difficult buyers market. We appreciate her and recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Kathy was a pleasure to work with and knew a lot about the area we were looking to buy in and was very knowledgeable about the house market in general. As first time home-buyers, she was very patient and guided us through the process of buying the best home for us! We would work with Kathy again!

Kathy has been an amazing agent to work with over the last 18 years. We met her as the sellers agent when my husband and I were buying our first condo. Over the years the property became an investment and Kathy was always there to help us find suitable renters. Recently when it came time to sell the condo, Kathy was our girl. She's so knowledgeable, super easy to work with, thorough, and always on top of things. We had a buyer within 24hrs. and closed in a month. Such a wonderful experience. Thank you Kathy for EVERYTHING!
