I regret that it has taken this long for me to leave this review ! James helped our family with the purchase of our dream home back in December. James went above and beyond throughout a very challenging short sale ! He did whatever he could to help us get to the closing table and I cant recommend him enough. He almost always answered his phone and if he didnt he was quick to return our calls . I cant praise him enough for the way he treated our family , attention to detail , and excellent service !!!

James was always there to help me any way he could and to make suggestions when I needed help. I highly recommend him and would use him again. He is very down to earth, easy to talk to and very knowledgable of Preble County.

James was with us all the way!!! Greatest realtor ever!!! He has been working with us for a long time to find the perfect new home!! Hes always been patient, honest and straightforward with us . He was always quick to respond and made himself available for our crazy schedules. We would highly recommend him and his services to everyone!

Great to work with. James always answered the phone or called back right away to answer any questions I had. I would use James again no matter what. James was always polite and professional

After initial contract signed with agent, and all information/pictures obtained for advertising, our home was listed on the internet. We had confirmed offer to purchase less than 24 hours later with closing set in 30 days.
