Kalvin and the whole team went above and beyond. He's very knowledgeable on properties and will show you what stands out as a potential problem, very responsive asking other realtors any questions you may have about the property. Selling my property was super easy with them too, they helped things I couldn't do due to time restrictions and had very knowledgeable contacts in case they couldn't help certain finishing projects

We had a great experience selling our home with BeckyTurner and team. We were so happy that it sold so fast. Only one suggestion: We had never sold a house before and we thought they would tell what market value would be. Instead they asked us how much we wanted for the house. So we came up with an amount and it sold fast. Maybe we could have asked for more. However, w3 are very very satisfied with the Turner team. They kept us informed and had great suggestions on staging.

Kalvin was fantastic to work with as first-time homebuyers. He was knowledgeable, supportive, and gave great advice throughout the entire process, which made everything feel much less overwhelming. He was always available when we had questions and was flexible with our schedule for showings and communication. Most importantly, we felt like we could truly trust him, which meant a lot when making such a big decision.

Kalvin is amazing to work with. Thoughtful and courteous. Well organized and thorough. When you are dealing with an agent you want trust and someone who looks out for your best interest. Kalvin is that type of person. Asks great questions and responds accordingly. With all the pressure of doing a deal you would never feel it when having interactions with him on your team. I would highly recommend working with Kalvin if you're buying or selling a home, vacation property, land, farm etc. You will have a good time as he has a fun sense of humor!
