Dawne was great! She showed me a lot of properties and guided me through the process of buying a house for the first time. She helped me find quality inspectors. She also helped me find good contractors to clean my carpets.

Dawne did an amazing job finding our new home. She was great at communicating and would answer questions readily outside bankers hours. She quickly dug into our psyche and found the home we couldnt pass up, because it was an amazing home for the price.

I would not recommend Dawn to anyone. She was unprofessional and rude. Theres a million realtors in this town to choose from, so choose someone more professional.

My experience with Dawne began about a year before she actually sold my house. I put out an online request for a market analysis/valuation of my home and received a call back from her within an hour. I was full of questions and she had answers, those that she was unsure of she told me, and that she would get back to me on it....and she always did. This type of attentive and thorough communication went on for about 7-8 months, including a few walk-thrus of my property. And during this period of time Dawne was hearing nothing from me except indecision on whether or not I would sell or rent when I moved, the latter obviously making her efforts with me a waste of time. But she stuck with me. When the decision to sell was finally made, that's when I saw Dawne really begin to work. She referred contractors who did great work for a fair price, facilitated repairs, etc. I moved out of state for work shortly after we listed, so you can imagine how much more there was for her to do at times. I can't count the amount of times she removed and reset my above ground sprinklers in order for the landscaper (which she coordinated for me) to do his job. My home sold relatively quickly despite it's unique layout and the current market conditions. Dawne very quickly recognized the need for a rebranding of the advertisements due to the configuration and specific features of my home. Once executed, we received a full price offer without contingency. My wife and I are beyond pleased with our experience with Dawne, and there are many more examples of why that we will spare this review from! A true professional and lady of her word.
