Keller Williams Western Realty

I highly recommend working with Richard. He helped me understand the local market, find the right homes in my price range, find the best possible financing, submit competitive offers and he helped guide me through my first home buying experience. 10/10.

I had an exceptional experience in securing my dream home. His deep knowledge of the local market and expertise in negotiation ensured that I made a competitive offer, making my home-buying journey smooth and successful. I highly recommend Richard for anyone looking for a dedicated and skilled real estate agent.

My wife and I started our house search just before Christmas 2024 and closed on the perfect house for us on February 1, 2025. Richard quickly found us a number of houses by really understanding our needs and finances, lining up walk throughs, and by working hard to get the closing completed. He even arranged a last-minute accelerated closing to accommodate the needs of the seller. His professionalism is exceptional, and we highly recommend Richard.

Richard crushed it! Was very thorough and open to finding me exactly what I needed. Easy to get a hold of day and night. Often sending me homes in the evening. Really went the extra mile and I will be recommending him to anyone in need of finding a home!! Thanks so much Richard for your help!! Really took the pressure of knowing I had a top notch agent in my corner!!

Richard is a true go-getter. He was always reachable and always prepared. He worked tirelessly to make sure our offer stood out in a competitive market. He's clearly invested in his clients and his hustle resulted in us getting the home we really wanted. I can't recommend him enough!
