There is really not enough nice things we can say about Todd. My husband and I were moving from PA to NC so we ended up finding Todd via a house we were looking at. Boy did we happen upon a gold mine. Firstly we originally had 5 realtors because unfortunately none of them would be able to take us to all the homes we were looking at. Todd was able to do this for us which really took a lot of stress off of trying to juggle all the information and who was taking us to what. Todd was really accommodating. When we got down to NC he picked us up at our hotel and drove us around to each home as well as to some homes that weret on our list because we happened to see. The first day we drove over 400 miles! If he didnt know an area to well he would do the research to give us to low down on the area. Not only did we look at houses, Todd took us to the local towns and took extra detours so we could really get a feel for the areas and the landscape of where we were looking.When we looked at homes he gave us time and space but was open and honest about concerns he had and answered any questions or concerns we had.Throughout the whole process Todd was in constant contact with us in regards to appointments for houses as well as when we were going through the process of purchasing the house. He did a great job of getting us the best deal and helping with any thing that needed to be done to the house before we moved in.We highly recommend Todd to anyone looking for a home!

When we contacted Todd we had a very specific idea of what we wanted. After 2 years of searching with him, we finally found our dream land! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and professional, he is patient, kind and honest. He taught us what we would need to know about mountain living. He knew his way around each and every town he drove us through (all the back roads too). He has extensive knowledge as on the local hot spots. However, what stands out about Todd is that he got to know us as people, as individuals, and as a couple. Why? So that on that very special day we signed those papers, he could be confident in knowing that he helped find the best suited fora us. Todd went above and beyond in every way. We would spend a busy weekend every few months hiking over numerous properties (not all easy ones), as Todd would eagerly tell us about the area, never pressuring us, and always reassuring us that we would find the right one when we got discouraged. He entails all the great qualities a good realtor should have, integrity, punctuality, politeness and organization.
